i have given my class 12 from MP but my permamanenet residence is in UP ,then on which state will i able to claim as my home state in jee(during counciling)?

Hello there,
the state from where the candidate has qualified his class 11th and 12th boards is considered for that state's NIT quota, in this case MP and in jee for JoSAA counselling. However you can give state exams of UP but you won't be eligible to enjoy UP state's quota.
