i have given 12 from maharashtra and my domilcile is from mp , so from where my state quota will be ?

If you already have a domicile of Madhya Pradesh, then you are eligible for Madhya Pradesh State Quota.
The domicile eligibility of Maharashtra is that the person requiring domicile is a resident in state for the past 15 years.
In medical, 85% of the states in Maharashtra will be allotted to those candidates who have either cleared both class 10 and 12 from the state or those who have only cleared class 12 from the state but have a valid domicile ( proof of living in the state for 15 years ) certificates.
So since you have given 12 from Maharashtra, and if you want seat under Maharashtra State Quota you need a domicile for the same.
