Respected Sir,
If your OBC rank is Below 20K and your All India rank is below 1 lac, then your chances are very good. Or else the chances are really fair. You might get the NIT's in North East or Srinagar. However I wouldn't recommend them due to Thier location that would result in lack of needed exposure.

Hello Sourabh, in 65 marks, it is really difficult to get into older NITs and IIITs, according to your AIR, please try Careers360 college predictor to see if you would get something in those marks.
