I resigned from a Govt. job and then a released letter is given to me, Recently I get another Govt. job and the authority ask me to submit released letter but problem is it is damaged very much and the authority refuses to take it and the previous employer also refuses to issue new released letter.

Dear,
If you has completed a government job, you can apply for re issue of the released letter. As it is a government department, you can re issue it. If only the authority has power to re issue your released letter, you can file a complaint against them. As per government polices you have right to take your released letter. Also, they must a copy of it, you can take that too.

Actually I have resigned from that Government job suddenly as that job appears to me very difficult . I was doing the job in a district court so, they did not give released easily. After a long time and after being much harassed I have been released. So , relation with them is not at all good. So when I asked them to reissue another released letter they absconded me by reprimanding and told that District Judge is with our so, anything you can do , we would not issue no released letter. Actually they are getting more courage to tell such type of work as the powerful District Judge is with them . In this situation what can I do ???

You can take help from another employee or You can complaint against them in high court too. Infact you can file complaint online too. As you are registered there, you can give your details.
