If a person from Meghalaya belonging to ST category, scores 238 marks in NEET 2019. Is it possible for him/her to get govt colleges?

See 238 marks is too low for him to bag a seat in the govt college and even Private Institution under normal admission procedure to pursue his higher studies in the field of his interest under MBBS courses. He should be going for management quota as the cut off for ST category is approx 350 marks. I m providing u a link for ur help.
