if i will get good rank in jee exam but i had only scored 60% in board then i will able to get admission in nits or iits?

The simple answer is NO.
No matter your marks in JEE, if you don't have a minimum of 75% for general/ OBC and 65% for SC/ST in 12th or are in top 20 percentile, then you're not eligible for getting admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs and CFITs.
