Yes, its from the very curriculum that you study in B.Tech, though for maths there might be very few topics that you might not have studied.

Then from where can we cover that part of maths that we haven't learnt in B.TECH for GATE exam?

You will find the remaining topics in the same textbook that you would be following in your University. Though i would recommend you to purchase the MadeEasy Mathematics book.
