After completing 4 years of your engineering you have to give an exam called GATE conducted by IISc which helps you to take admission in top colleges for further studies For MASTERS degree. Moreover, if you want to do masters degree from IIT college then its the best entrance exam which gives you a chance to study in IIT. Some of the PCUs which uses GATE marks for job application.
