No, in Bitsat you need to have your PCM aggregate s 75% but gujcet doesn't impose any such rule. Acoording to the eligibility criteria of GUJCET you need to have a minimum of 45% in 10+2 examination and for SC/ST category the cutoff falls to 40%.
