Is information practices is included in best of four subjects?

in Delhi University the basic eligibility is that you must have qualified your 10 + 2 graduation from a recognised board and your minimum aggregate should be 40-60%

In Delhi University for merit based selection courses you have to calculate your best of 4 to check for eligibility according to the cutoff released by the colleges

For best of four calculation the method is:
you must include one language course which can be core, elective, functional
you must include  1 relevant subject like if you choose to do BSc statistics of bsc math you have to include mathematics as one of your best of four
You must include two subjects from list a

now you can check list is from Delhi University web portal in case you do not include a subject from list a then there will be a deduction of 2.5%.
Like if you include physical education or music in best of four then there will be deduction of 2.5% from your overall best of four percentage
