A few years ago there were colleges which used to take direct admission but now a days since last 1-2 years no colleges are accepting admission without NEET.They will say you atleast appear in the NEET exam.
The reason is students apply for private colleges through NEET counselling ,in that case students scoring more marks in NEET will get seat.
There are many students in India who can afford private college so they allot their seat through NEET counselling.
Best option is prepare for it and appear in the exam.Don't run away from it.
