Is there any rule to give extra years of rural service for sc category after mbbs if he/she has taken post metric scholarship for entire year of his/her mbbbs?

This depends on the scholarship providing site or centre. Certain scholarship providers have clauses according to which the student has to serve a bond period before they are released from service. To check up on this you need to go for the college site or the scholarship contact people and get the details
