NEET is the common entrance examination for all the private as well as government medical colleges across India. So it is compulsory for yoh to appear in the NEET examination in order to get admission in MBBS in India . Well, you can pursue MBBS in abroad without appearing in NEET and there are countries which offers MBBS with quite less fees as compared to that in India.

According to NTA, NEET Exam is necessary for addmission to government as well as private colleges. Therefore, its not possible for someone to get addmission without giving the NEET Exam.
