In the percentile that you have mentioned it is very difficult to get a seat in computer science and engineering through josaa counselling because the cut offs are way higher for the general candidate.
Furthermore , the cut offs are decided on the basis of several factors such as number of candidates appearing in the examination, previous year cutoffs, difficulty level of the paper.
