my friend got 94.47 percentile in jee mains can he got admission in top 15 nit for computer science branch

Dear aspirant,
As you mentioned that your friend got this percentile and considering you as a general candidate , I don't think you would be able to grab any branch in atleast top 10 nits in any branch .
