My JEE Main 2019 exam date is 08.04.2019 and also filled form of Navy(B.tech entry 10+2) whose reporting date for NSB is 07.04.2019

I don't think that they will change the date ,because any date fix with a proper palnning.
and they will not listen for a single student.
but yes if the same problem is comming with many students then may be they change the date.
so only you can do now is drop a mail to the officer and wait for the response.
