my jee main percentile is 63.82 i belong to st category in which nit can I get civil branch

With the percentile that you have got it is very less to get Even Nit in streams which are in less demand
So stream which you want will not be possible
Here neither through home state quota not through open quota you'll be able to get NIT in Civil
Engineering
Your AIR will be around 300000
And Category rank will be around 25000 to 35000
There are total of 22000 approx seats in NITs out of which 7.5% are reserved for ST category
So now you can have an idea.
