My mother's name in my 10th certificate is R Bhanumathi where as in all her ID's it is Bhanumathi R (initials at the back). Is it accepted?

If the spellings are correct in class 10th certificate and other documents then you won't face any issue with it. The details which are in class 10th certificate are considered and you have to fill any application as per class 10th certificate. During document verification the details which are in class 10th certificate are considered to verify the details such as your name, date of birth, father's name and mother's name. As long as the name is correct you will not have any issues.
