In my 10th certificate my father's name is R.B. Singh where as in all other documents it is the full name.Will it affect the counselling procedure for jee?

Aman, the usual norm is that the details on the 10th marks sheet are considered for admission and counselling purposes because that also serves as the proof of your date of birth. Now because the rest of the documents have full name, you should get an affidavit done stating that both these names belong to your father. That way even when you appear for counselling and admission, you will not face any issues.

see it is necessary to have the name same in 10th mark sheet and your application form, most of the government jobs and admission form it sometimes mention that you need to write your name and parents name same as in 10th mark sheet. however you need to clarify the mismatching of names during the counselling process.
