If you are general category it's a very difficult to get a seat for this marks
If your belong to obc category it's harder to get a medical seat
If you belong to st and sc category you have a less cances of getting a medical seat
As you have no state quota you don't have a chance if getting a medical seat for this marks
But you may get a seat in bds course if have a caste reservation
