its really great you son got very decent marks .
yeah you sir will surley get pretty good NITs in case if he attend the counceling if in case if he goes for the JEE adavnced it depends on the perfrom he does in adavanced to IITs.
but personally you have OBC category he has high chances of getting Top 3 NITs with these marks
