My wbjee rank is 27233 and OBC b rank 1906. Could I get a seat in makaut?

Sorry to say that you cannot get into makaut .
You should try for other colleges.
So the cutoffs are high even for chemical branches and other lower branches.
Try for private colleges else like amity lpu Sharda Chandigarh University etc
