Hello Zubair, Candidates belonging to unreserved/General category must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English with at least 50% marks taken together in all the subjects.
Reserved/Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Classes
Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English with at least 40% marks taken together in all the subjects.
Orthopedic Physically Challenged
OPH candidates in belonging to General category must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English with at least 45% marks taken together in all the subjects.

Hi Zubair,
The percentage required in 12th standard are (minimum aggregate marks for PCB subjects only) 50% for General category, 40% for OBC/SC/ST and 45% for PWD.
