If you're talking about the eligibility criteria for NEET, then in boards, then you need to have secured at least 50% marks combined in PCB, and need to have passed in English and the optional subject that you took (example: PE). Also, if you have gotten grace marks, then they will not be included in that 50%. You need to have 50% marks in PCB without the grace marks.

Following are the prerequisite for NEET:-
10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as a core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.
Minimum qualifying marks are as follows:
UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)
