Should i hope any seat in any NIT on 43k ews rank in jee main 2019...because many said Its cutooff will b between gen catagory & OBC

I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.
But though if I consider you that probably you get seat into nits as ews category is started from this year then though you cannot get into any top nits .
You might get admission in some of northeast nits .
As well as with this score you cannot show your choice of branch if you just want to be in nits .
Either to get your preferred branch take part in any other councelling or even you can take a year drop to work hard to get admission into nits with your preferred branch.

NTA Walo ne 1 year waste karvaya laga tha result sahi tareke se upload krenghe but no proof how tha made result...%tile system worst system & for i have to b in general catagory but i m from backward catagory & its not in Jee main system...Worst system i wasted my 1 year in it...Many top reputed Private college were offering me seat in CSE & IT engineering...Lets c what cutoff comes
