You need to choose the code 02.

This is because,

Though you have done diploma in pharmacy, your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology still remains 10 + 2

While, those who are doing Bsc and have all the three subject i. e physics chemistry and Biology needs to select code 5 and those who have completed BSc with at leastany two ofphysics chemistry and Biology in their bscneed to select code 6.
