Bhagalpur College of Engineering doesn't take admission through JEE Main. It takes admission through BCECE. Exam date of BCECE has already been passed and results have also been declared.
If you're from general category you won't get decent NITs too. I would suggest you to look for other private colleges that accept JEE Main's rank. Below is the link for the list of those colleges:

You can't get admission in Bhagalpur engineering college on the basis of JEE main rank because these colleges are not accepting the marks of JEE mains.
If you want to get admission in Bhagalpur engineering college, you have to crack the BCECE with good marks, this is the exam conducted by Bihar government for their state engineering Colleges.
