at this score up or uk government medical colleges is not possible for general category.

I think you scored well but still unfortunately it is not sufficient enough to get a seat in a government college.you should prepare hard again and try next time you will surely get a seat in government college for BDS next time .By these marks you could only get a private college through management quota.
