Your percentile in JEE main 2019 is 61.02, and so your JEE rank is beyond 1,50,000 which is very low. Even with your reservation of SC it will quite difficult to get into NIT or IIIT as you desire. As you have not mentioned your home state ,you might have a chance to get a seat in your state NIT with SC reservation.
