Yes it might create problem as you'll be considered for Physically Handicapped quota during the counselling process.
So, you need to get it rectified as soon as possible. You can contact the helpline line number given on the official website of the Andhra Pradesh's counselling authority they might help you regarding it. Also drop them a email stating your problem.
Also inform them about it when you are called for document verification.
