With all the ranks you have mentioned and also the home state quota you won't ve able to get Motilal Nehru National Institute of technology.
Last year the category last rank was around 9000-10000 and that too the productions engineering.
Bht with this rank you can get other nits, mnnit, allahabad is one of the best in the country so don't hope for it with this rank.
