Sir what will be the dates for second round counselling of up neet. As first round counselling was missed, can I register in second round?

The dates for choice filling and locking of medical colleges are from july12 to july15. Registerations for the counselling have been closed , only the previously registered candidates can participate in second round of counselling. The merit list for the same will be out on july16.
