I missed registration of first round Bihar state neet counsling. Can I register in second round of Bihar state neet counsling

As per dates for counseling .
There is no date for further registration after first round . You can't register after first round . Second round for those cans who are participating first round counseling .

Hey in oder to take part in the cpunsellcou procedure you must do choice filling from the first round itself.. You will have to report in the college that is allotted to you then only you can apply for upgradation.. That's how it works.. Hope this helps.. Good luck..
