JEE exam is not cancelled yet. It is postponed. There are chances that many safety precautions will be followed so that students health will be secured.
If the situation persists or worsens then there might be chance to get admission on the basis of merit. This decision will be taken by the education institute and education board.
As of now there is no such change. Focus on exam and prepare for it.
