Hello Aspirant!
For general and obc categories one should mainly target on achieving a score of 600+ to be in the safe side and get definitely most of the top government medical colleges in India .
Now, for being just qualified in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test one should mainly focus at securing 390+ for being on a safe side and could make into any private medical college(in the worst case).
Hope this helps you :)

Dear student, in 2018, 469 Marks was the closing cutoff in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow for general category students under the state quota in Uttar Pradesh. While, 429 marks secured admission in Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College for OBC category student under state quota. These were the lowest cutoffs for both categories.
