The colleges which you have mentioned are all good options for Arts stream.
CVS- This college is best known for vocational studies, although it offers fifteen courses and is one of the best colleges of DU after the colleges of North Campus.
Gargi- This college ranked 9th

Among these colleges Gargi college is worth for taking admission which is also a constituent college of Delhi University.
