    Academics

The academic environment at DCAC is disciplined, competitive, and aligned with the standards of the University of Delhi. Most professors are knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive in both classroom learning and academic guidance. The curriculum is updated as per DU guidelines, and students get opportunities through seminars, workshops, projects, and society activities. Attendance and internal assessments help maintain consistency in studies. The college is NAAC accredited and participates in NIRF reporting, which reflects its academic focus.

    College Infra

College is very good in academics and faculty is excellent and experienced. But the infrastructure is very poor. The college rank is 30 among the top college in india that shows that it is a very good college to get experience .

    Campus Life

Campus life at DCAC is vibrant, inclusive, and full of opportunities for personal growth. Located in Netaji Nagar, New Delhi, the college provides exposure to a diverse student crowd from different backgrounds. Cultural societies, commerce societies, debates, music, theatre, and annual events create an energetic environment. Students can build leadership, communication, and networking skills beyond academics. The college may not have a huge campus, but the active student culture and DU exposure make the experience memorable and professionally valuable.

    Placements

DCAC has an active placement cell called Broadway, which regularly organizes internships, placement drives, resume-building workshops, mock interviews, and corporate interaction sessions. Companies such as EY, KPMG, PwC, Genpact, Wipro, and S&P Global have recruited from campus. Placement opportunities are strongest for Commerce, Economics, and skill-focused students who actively participate in internships and extracurricular development. Average salary figures reported through recent NIRF-linked data are around 3.6 LPA, with students also getting strong internship exposure.

    Value For Money

Being a government college under Delhi University, DCAC offers excellent value for money. The fee structure is affordable compared with private institutions, while students still receive quality faculty, DU brand recognition, library access, student societies, internship exposure, and placement support. For students from commerce, humanities, and media backgrounds, the return on investment is attractive, especially when combined with professional certifications, internships, and skill development during graduation. External fee reports place annual fees in an affordable public-college range.

    Academics

The academics in the college are good and supported by experienced and knowledgeable faculty. Most professors are helpful, approachable, and explain concepts clearly, making classes engaging and easy to understand. The curriculum follows the University of Delhi structure, which provides a strong academic foundation, especially for commerce and arts courses. Internal assessments and assignments are manageable, though sometimes coordination and administration can be slightly confusing. Overall, the academic environment is supportive and helps students build a solid understanding of their subjects.

    College Infra

The college infrastructure is decent but not very modern. Classrooms are usable and fairly ventilated, though some lack updated facilities like smart boards or proper seating. The library is helpful for academic needs, but space can be an issue during peak hours. WiFi connectivity is available in parts of the campus but is not always consistent. There is no hostel facility, and sports infrastructure is limited. The canteen works fine but could improve in terms of variety and quality. Overall, the infrastructure supports studies but still needs improvement in several areas.

    Campus Life

Campus life in the college is active and enjoyable, with various societies, events, and fests happening regularly. The crowd is friendly and diverse, which helps in socializing and networking. Although the campus is relatively small and lacks large open spaces, students still manage to stay engaged through extracurricular activities and inter-college events. Overall, the environment is lively and balanced, offering good exposure beyond academics.

    Placements

The placement opportunities in the college are average and largely depend on individual skills and efforts. The placement cell is active and provides internship opportunities regularly, but final placements are not very strong compared to top DU colleges. Some reputed companies do visit the campus, but only a limited number of students secure high packages. Average salary packages are moderate, and many students rely on off-campus opportunities. Overall, placements are decent for gaining exposure, but students need to work on their skills to get better opportunities.

    Value For Money

The college offers good value for money, especially considering its affiliation with the University of Delhi. The fees are quite affordable compared to private colleges, making it accessible for many students. While the infrastructure and placements are average, the quality of education and overall exposure balance it out. Students get decent academic support and opportunities at a relatively low cost. Overall, it is a worthwhile option for those looking for a recognized degree without spending too much
