My college is generally good in academics.
The placement opportunities in my college are below average and need significant improvement. While a placement cell exists, it is not very active and only a limited number of companies visit the campus each year. Most of the recruiters offer low salary packages, and opportunities are restricted to a few departments. Training sessions, career guidance, and skill-development programs are insufficient, which affects students’ readiness for jobs. As a result, many students have to rely on off-campus placements or higher studies for better career options.

College is good at academic and environment is supportive
I'm not clear about the placement of college but whatever I have listened from teachers seems that the placement ratio is good it is around 20-30% which is good enough. The LPA of previous year was around 6-12 lakh
