plzz anybody clearify me..I have given two times 12th board (from first time I got only 56% and second time I got 60.8%). Im currently studying B-Tech 3rd year (IT) ..my question is for any job it will difficult for the getting job like TCS Wipro cognizant Capgemini etc..plzz tell me
Hello Anand Kumar,
Your 12th marks might not matter but your semester marks from first year onwards matters for getting a job in companies such as TCS and WIPRO. Those students who have a constant score of at least 60% in their semester exam since first year have higher chances to get jobs. Also, your resume and your project work matters. So, see that you have built a good resume and that your project is creative so that the companies consider your skills. Also, develop your personality to be able to answer interviews properly (if selected) .
Good luck!
How to prepare for Capgemini recruitment for 2021?? How to prepare for pseudo code? Guide me best!!
Capgemini Virtual Hiring (New process) | 2021 Batch
Pandemic has resulted campus hiring to go virtual and all major companies have the infrastructure ready.
Capgemini has introduced a new platform called the Exceller platform and the new hiring process as below:
1. Technical Assessment Pseudocode :
Most important round and major rejection happens here, this round comprises of C/C++ code snippets to find the output, find error in the given code, complete the pseudo code to get the o/p or write some logic, some technical MCQs on complexities, tree traversal, etc.
2. English Communication Test(MCQ based) :
FIB, complete the sentence, spelling errors, synonyms
3. Game based Aptitude Test(Fun if you can do things in time!):
This is the most interesting something which is quiet new for hiring. Here answering the question in minimum amount of time is crucial, it is easy and fun!
1. Grid Challenge- find symmetry, order of pattern that appeared before
2. Motion Challenge- Find path with minimum swaps to make the red ball reach the black hole
3. Switch Challenge- Given some figures(square, rectangle, circle) and funnel find the function of the funnel used.
4. Digit Challenge- Eg. __ / __ + __ = 6
Numbers- {1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9}
Answer 1: 6 / 2 + 3 = 6
There are multiple answers but time taken to answer is important
Numbers are given from 1-9, with no repetition allowed fill in the blanks correctly
4. Behavioral Competency Profiling:
There is no elimination in this round and any is only to check your behaviour(used to check team, leadership qualities and profile) and we just have to to select level of bars for the given statement
5. Technical and HR Interview:
Introduction, BE project, C/CPP concepts, OOP concepts, some questions related to database and basic HR questions.
And for pseudo code you have to practice DSA parts , c , c++ and java programmings.
I hope this will helps to you and thank you !!!
I want to ask a question.i have given 12th in 2017 with 56% but not satisfied nd again given 12th in 2018 with 60.8%..currently studying B-Tech in information technology..can I eligible for TCS, Wipro, cognizant, Capgemini??bcozz I have given two times 12th exam..can I eligible?? plzz explain..plzz
Hello aspirant
See, it can be seen in two ways, I mean in your second attempt you got 60+ % that will plus point and on the other hand it is not secured by you have in first attempt.
See during Campus selection first of all your B. Tech results will be taken into consideration, your participation in extra activities, your over all 4 years pointer, aptitude test, your behavior in college, your performance in 3-4 rounds of interview, everything accounts. After that if they find two candidates equal in every aspect then your xii and x result will taken as comparison factor
But don't worry you are 60% + in HSC, If you perform well in B. Tech , you will surely get good company .
I had given 12th in 2017 with 56% but didnt satisfied ..and again given 12th from improvement in 2018 with 60.8% ..and now Im currently studying B-Tech in information Technology..my question is that my 12th results can do problem?? for MNC job (TCS, Capgemini)bcoz my gappes betn 10tg-12th is 3year
Hello friend,
As you have given XII in 2017 & 2018 also, it will not affect any things . Actually for the MNC jobs interviewers looks upon your biodata ,then go through your marks also .I think your percentage of 12th will not much effect in any things if your CGPA is satisfactory enough. & if you have the skills.
Hope this will help you.
I had given 12th in 2017 with 56% but I didnt satisfied..and again given 12th from improvement xam in 2018 ..and now Im currently studying B-Tech in information technology..my question is that my 12th results can problem?? for any get job in MNC company?? (like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro, cognizant)
Hello,
Your class 12 doesn't play much role while recruiting you through on campus or off campus. But you need to have minimum percentage in class 10, class 12 and B.tech.So this won't be a real problem for you.The selection is done based on your performance in aptitude test, group discussion, personal interview, HR interview. If you perform well you will be placed.Concentrate on improving your communication skills, soft skills and technical skills.
I want to preparation verbal ability (English) for mnc like TCS Capgemini Wipro and etc.plz sagest me where I can from start? nd what is the syllabus??
Word Power Made Easy (by Norman Lewis)
This is the go-to book to improve your vocabulary. It is not a book to be read but a book to work with daily to enrich your vocabulary.
High School Grammar and Composition( by Wren and Martin)
It is a very good book for people who want to improve their grammar skills. It helps to understand and conceptualise different aspects of grammar and it is a must have book for anyone with poor grasp on verbal ability or who wants to make up with the basics of english.
Read books from different genres
The ultimate key to improve your verbal ability is to read extensively and to read books from different genres. This ensures that when the time for reading comprehension comes you are well acquainted with different writing styles and topics. Reading extensively also improves your reading speeding over a period of time.
plzz give me tips for interview cracked in one attempt..like TCS Capgemini Infosys congizent Wipro and other..my branch is B-Tech in information Technology..
Hi,
You need to give and get selected in the aptitude test of the respective company you are applying for, to qualify for the interview around. Each company has its own unique process of rounds of interviews.
There may be Group Discussion, for this you should be good with the current affairs. As you might expect a current affair related topic in GD. Read newspapers, read internet articles to improve on the general knowledge an current affairs aspect. You can also get an abstract topic in GD. You should be aware of the rules of how a GD is conducted and practise to fare well. You can practise GD maybe in your college or take mock GD sessions.
Other interview rounds can be HR round and Techical Round.
For HR Round you can go through a lot informative videos available on the internet to learn how to give answers to various HR questions, what should be your conduct, how you should present yourself and the body language to maintain.
For Technical round you can go through your Information Technology (IT) engineering syllabus. Get to know the important subjects and topics asked in the interviews. Prepare for them very well. Have atleast 4 main subjects well prepared, and even if you are leaving a subject atleast go through its basics and remember them. As you are doing IT Engineering brush up your coding skills. They might as well ask you about its basics or give you a problem statement and ask you to solve it. In this case along with your techinical knowledge they will test your approach to a problem statement.
If you can, give a few mock interviews, see where is it you need to improve and work on it. Most importantly have confidence and maintain it throughout. This will help you crack the interviews in the first attempt.
Hope this addresses.
Thankyou.
