Hello Aspirant,
Yes, you can get into CBIT through jee main score.
There is a round called B category admission in which you can have the opportunity to grab the
seat.
You can also try for Spot round too. As the cut off decreases you will have more chances to get the seat if your rank is below 50k.
Only a few seats are offered through Jee Mains in Chaitanya Bharathi Institute Of Technology, Hyderabad. So the cutoffs will be quite high . you must have a rank within 15,000 to 20,000 if you want to get into CSE
For other branches the cutoffs can go up to 50,000 rank.

For which stream , You are trying to get seat in CBIT .

As You mentioned , you belongs sc or st category then there is a quiet chance to get a seat , but You will be getting lower branch.
