Hello Aditi,
Yes, indraprastha university offers english honours course from few previous year. As we all know about the cutoff of delhi university for BA english honors is too high.
So it is a good choice to go for IPU for BA honours as it is bit easy to get admission there.On the other hand procedure is same for ipu as of delhi university.

But I have searched and got to knw that only 2-3 colleges are their for english honours under ipu
