GGSIPU Delhi Placements

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Delhi has a separate centralised career guidance and placement cell. GGSIPU placement cell organises the final placement drive every year. According to news reports, the highest package offered in IP University placements 2022 was Rs 45 Lakhs for the profile of technical staff. More than 370+ offers were made in the year 2022.

GGSIPU University placement cell conducts career development skills training that includes presentations, seminars, webinars, industry talks with experts, and many other activities. IP University placement cell successfully provides to almost 90% of the students every year. The average package offered to the students at IP University is Rs 12 Lakhs. The IPU placements are offered for all levels of programmes. The IPU placement cell invites top companies and organisations with relevant information.

In our university placement cell is also available but we cannot be fully be dependent on the placement cell of the institute for placement, so student need to apply for some of campus placements also. Some of the companies who came here for placements are Nestle , ITC Amul , Dabur , Parle agro etc.

I have completed my application form for counselling in ip university for btech but haven't updated my 12th status. It is showing appearing and now i can't make any changes. will it cause problem at the time of counselling.

Hi Hansika,

If your 12th status is appearing as "Appearing and still open in your IPU B. Tech counselling application and during correction window closed, don't worry. It basically do not impact your counselling process immediately, but you have to submit correct documents (mark sheet and passing certificate) during document verification. Otherwise, later on, your admission may be cancelled. You should try to get in touch with the IPU helpdesk mention your situation to them or call the admission office as soon as possible to get official advice.
