Candidates must have passed 10+2 or it's equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognised board or University.To get admission in IITs/NITs/GFTIs candidates must score 75% aggregate or more( general category) in qualifying for SC/ST it is 65% aggregate or more.
