i am qualify exam by 118 marks in pg msc. can i attend councelling.

Firstly congratulations on getting your results and passing. Speaking of the counseling, the university has just released the results on June 15 2019. They will be preparing a cutoff list along with the merit list by the end of this month. So for your qualification I would advise you to wait till the merit list is out.
