I failed in class 12th in 2017 and 2018 , If I pass in 2019 and also qualify jee mains , can I get a college?

Yes, If you pass Class 12th in 2019 & then qualify JEE Mains. You will definately get College. Don't worry about it. Just focus on your Class 12th & also side by side start prepare for JEE Mains. Its a quite tough exam. So, Kindly focus on your studies.
