Ofcourse they can appear in the JEE Advanced Exam next year in 2019 after clearing the 12th Exam with around 75 % marks or more

If u r fail in this year and u r pass in next year then u r eligible to give the jee advance. But for jee advanced u should get minimum 75%. U can say if n e one ask u then tell them that u have taken a drop....
