i failed in 12th class in 2018 and than i reappeared for 12th in 2019 and secured 84% marks....can i apply for jee mains exam in 2020 ?

As per your question you can give JEE MAINS in 2020.
And you need to score 75% which includes physics, chemistry, maths,one language and other subject.
So,this criteria is satisfied .
