i forgot to submit application form for ipu b.tech is there any way to take part in online counseling for b.tech in ipu?

Hey,
I guess No without submitting the application form it would be a little difficult for you to take part in counselling as APPLICATION FORM is the first step and also an important step.
So try for some other colleges. Still you can find many colleges of your interest.
