As per general candidate,you cannot go into NIT.If belong to OBC ,you cannot go into NIT.
To clear Jee main,85 percentile is require as per our expert.To get into NIT 96 percentile is require for a general candidate.
OBC candidate have 6-7 percentile difference.
Yes you can go into good private institutions with this percentile.for getting good government college percentile should be more than 85.
You can go for April Jee main to improve percentile.
You should do model question paper to improve percentile in a limited time period.
