The deciding factor in nits is based on the all india rank but not the percentile. But I regret to inform you that the percentile of yours is not eligible to get into an nit if you belong to the general category. Since you did not mention to which category you belong I am assuming its general. However dont get disheartened and look out for option in the state enterance examinations.
